Community Alliances

Millennium Health & Human Services Development Corporation has developed the necessary capacity to build teams and develop partnerships with community stakeholders on a wide variety of initiatives targeted toward servicing the medical, health, educational, spiritual and economic needs of minorities. Over the past thirteen years MHHSDC has successfully developed meaningful community alliances and collaborations with diverse institutions, organizations and agencies such as:

Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Long Term Care Services, Money Follows the Person, Center for Medicaid and Medicare-Peer Outreach (2009-2011)

Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) – Electric Minority Outreach Health Education Information Cooperative – Health Disparities

The Baltimore City Health Department Community Health Coalition

Maryland Highway Safety Office (MHSO)- Multi-Community Highway Safety Outreach Education Program

United Baptist Missionary Convention and Auxiliaries, Inc. of Maryland, which has over 140 affiliated churches.

Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH), Cigarette Restitution Fund, Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Program

Faith Partnership Council: The Department of Human Resources (DHR)
